                                                           SHORT TERM MEMORY

hey bros, cakap pasal pelupa, korang pernah tak letak kunci motor or kereta kat rumah.

Baru 10 minit letak, dah lupa kat mane. 

Its like kunci tu ade kaki, die jalan2 satu rumah. Hahaha. Kan?

Well in my case, its worse. -.- 

Mase form 4-5 , running up for tae kwan do tournement, running up for first 1st, i was kick at the back of my head and knock out. Terus jatuh 2nd place. -.-

Since then ami cepat lupa. Like ,

Mak suruh g kedai beli barang, sampai kedai lupa nk beli ape. 

Lupa kat mane letak kunci motor and card padahal baru 10 minit pegang.

Worse, lupa dah lunch ke belum. Hahaha. Tahu2 lapar je. 

And i cant remember stranger face, even my own customer. Cume boleh ingat based on what they want. 

The best psrt is, i cant remember my homework. (Okay ni sengaje, haha)

Anyway, i found a ways to combat this, its back to basic.

Since then, i noted down everything i have to do the next morning on my ipad mini. 

I put my keys on strange places, contoh ami letak kunci dalam kasut, card dalam helmet, and i stop using wallet sebab asik lupa letak mane. Haha. 

So bile nk g kerja, i got everything on schedule, my keys and card on places where i know i would grab and go just like that. 

And ami amalkan doa : 

Also, ami pernah bace :

Jangan baca tulisan dekat batu nisan

Jangan minum air yg bersemut

And jangan tenung air berombak mcm kt pantai or sungai.

Takut2 cepat lupa. Kata orang tua. 

Hey im not taking risk.

So i avoid all this stuff. 

If i can found a ways to combat mine, so does you. So keep your heads up, and find a way. We are built more complex than the computer. So its our job to repair ourself okay?

Morning bros, its 10.40am and on 11 januari 2015. Bright day ahead.

To be truth, ami ade Loves Hates relationship with coffee ni actually. Yes fazira, aku ingat lagi our promise not to take too much coffee. Haha.

Well being admit to Hospital with heart beat machine detector on your chest was not fun.

what would happen if you take 800mg of caffein in one day? 

Well thats what i did ._. A cup, after cup,after cup. Then rest and take another cup and another cup and another cup, if i remember correctly, plus that redbull, i take a total 790mg of caffein. 

Belum sempat tunggu malam, shit happens...

 Heart beat irregular, 

hyperventilating,pupils dilated,shaking,irritability,isomania,heart beat sky rocket.

Seronok baring dalam ambulance malam2. Haha.
