Morning bros, its 10.40am and on 11 januari 2015. Bright day ahead.
So, somebody ask me, "ami, kenape kau suka minum coffee eak? "
Well to answer that question, lets looks whats the benefits in coffee thats makes me so addicted to it.
Tapi before that heres a confession.

To be truth, ami ade Loves Hates relationship with coffee ni actually. Yes fazira, aku ingat lagi our promise not to take too much coffee. Haha.

Well being admit to Hospital with heart beat machine detector on your chest was not fun.
what would happen if you take 800mg of caffein in one day?
Well thats what i did ._. A cup, after cup,after cup. Then rest and take another cup and another cup and another cup, if i remember correctly, plus that redbull, i take a total 790mg of caffein.
Belum sempat tunggu malam, shit happens...
Heart beat irregular,
hyperventilating,pupils dilated,shaking,irritability,isomania,heart beat sky rocket.
Seronok baring dalam ambulance malam2. Haha.
The worst 2 days of my life.
Now i contain my self to take under 400mg perday unless im stress.
Fact that i know about coffee and why im addicted to it.

Okay dude, the higher your body metabolism, the faster your body burn fats.
So basiclly ape je awak makan, if you have high metabolism, you cant get fat, sbb your body burn the fat fast enough sampai tak dpt jadi lemak. ;)

Okay this is a scary one. Just to be sure, i dont wanna take the risk of having one.
3. Coffee contain caffein. Caffein will help release adrenaline.
So bros, whats adrenaline?

Pernah dgr orang cakap "dont talk to your boss unless they already have their morning coffee"?
Sebab coffee decrease depression, mood swings and suicide by 50%. I dont make the number up. Its a fact. Eat it.
5. Coffee has a protctive effect on liver.
Yes,this is the truth. I dont wanna spend my old days dekat dialisis for blood cleaner. Ill do anything to take care of my liver.its painful, its costly and its not worth the risk.
